Here are my incredibly long thoughts of the new TNA, old TNA, and the comparison to WCW:
I need to know who the hell is booking around this place. We've had like 4 DREAM matches on free fucking TV. RVD vs. AJ, RVD vs. Hardy, AJ vs. Hardy vs. RVD, RVD & Hardy vs. Outsiders IN A CAGE MATCH. Come on!!!!!!! MAke some better motherfucking decisions. If I told a monkey about the last 15 years of wrestling, and gave him GM powers, he would make better matches than TNA. Just sayin'.
Hardy and RVD. WTF HAPPENED TO THEM? I mean, you watch a swanton or
5-star nowadays, and it's like they just fall off the turnbuckle. Are they just doing shit-load of drugs together or something? I mean, at least if you watch Scott Hall's videos on Youtube, and watch him on PPVs, at least he's trying.
(Big Scott Hall mark btw, has nothing to do with it :p) Hardy also seems really awkward in promos. Did you see that thing with Anderson? That was fucking weird.....
We need less Russo. Not Russo gone, but A LOT LESS. That Abyss/Chelsea thing? WTF is that? Orlando Jordan the "bi-sexual" (He actually is too, so that's good at least), but he creeps me out nonetheless LOLOL.
It's very weird. Sometimes I feel, "Hey, this isn't so bad! TNA might be improving!" and at other times I feel, "Well, time to go watch WCW 2001 on the computer..." I downloaded 2 TNA DVDs recently. The Raven one, and Ultimate matches. Raven from a while ago, and Ultimate Matches from about 05/06. Those DVDs alone >>>>>>>>TNA since Bischoff/Hogan regime.
Of course, TNA does have it's good sides.
Anderson v. Anyone seems to be going really well.
I like anything Kurt Angle is involved in as well.
The Beautiful People. Just sayin'.
I'm liking the team of Ink Inc.
X-Division is improving from its state about 2-3 years ago.
AJ/Flair gets some nice heat.
Bottom Line:
TNA as good as it was 02-07?: NO
Is TNA REALLY SHITTY right now?: No.
Can TNA improve?: Yes.
Do I see it improving: Unfortunately, not really.
P.S. I disapprove the misuse of Sting and Abyss.

I mostly agree with this. Although I disagree with the state of the X-Division. It's clearly lacking more than ever. Atleast 3 years ago we had Chris Sabin being pushed and the like. Now it's just Doug Williams, Kaz and Brian Kendrick getting any attention. What about Kyoshi, Homocide and Amazing Red?
Also the slackness of promos is horrendous. The hand-held camera thing works providing we can HEAR the wrestlers! Also continuity editing is terrible. In this week's Ink inc segment you could hear the entrance to Doug Williams, before Matt Morgan lost his title to The Band!
But on the plus side, as you said, I like Ink Inc and also the pop RVD is getting. Making him champion was a smart move. But get AJ back as champion soon. And push Desmond Wolfe more. That guy has alot of support and he's a decent alrounder.

Well of course the X-Divison is lacking. Especially ever since the MCMG left it. It slowly declined...........and declined...................and declined..............Until it almost had the same fate as the Cruiserweight title on SD. But, at (Oh, wtf was that ppv called?)....LockDown, that triple threat was good: Kaz/Homicide/Moore.
----Let me put very fast, I am so fucking happy Kaz is no longer Suicide.---
But, since Doug Williams got the title, there seems to be a little resurgance. (is that how you spell it? Resurgance?) Anyways; Shannon Moore, Williams, Kaz, Homicide. Overall though the X-Division is pretty much down the tubes. We need to break up all those motherfucking tag teams. I mean, DAMN. 3D, MCMG, Ink Inc, Matt Morgan :p, Beer Money, Generation Me. Split some of the X-Division guys up, and compete for the title already. TOO MANY TAG TEAMS.
The promos are horrifying. LOL I didn't notice that during the Matt Morgan/Band thing! I don't really get those backstage/camcorder recording promos. HAHA Camcorder Recording promos!! TNA ran out of money. :p Back to what I was saying. Did you see those TINY ASS subtitles? I can't hear or see wtf they're saying. I might as well be blind and deaf.
Wolfe/Pope = The most underrated people in the fucking world. I mean, Wolfe even won the online poll for a title shot. Then, they slap him with some shit Abyss angle? WTF is that? You might as well have slapped everyone who voted for him in the face. You know he is going to immediately job to Abyss in about 5 seconds. Is Pope actually hurt? Not from Anderson, but is he actually hurt, or did they just write him off for no reason? Because, he is one of the best on the mic right now.

In terms of match quality it's stayed quite consistent to be fair.

Keep the teams! They're possibly the only stand out feature these days for TNA. WWE's teams tend to last 3 months and not be plentiful. It's good to see not only 3D, but teams like Beer Money and the Guns stay around for a while. Athough Roode, Storm, Shelley and Sabin were great singles competitors too.

It reminds me of the old promos back in 06/07 with Bob Backlund or Paparazzi Productions which were terrible quality. :D

I agree about the poll thing. Although most people voted him repeatedly for a laugh in all honesty. But in my opinion he's this generation's Indie breakout star for the "major leagues". Just like Punk and Lesnar were a few years back.
I have read that Pope is legitimately injured. Best google it tbh.

The teams are good, but since there's going to be lots of cuts they are gonna have to decide either to split up some teams and have an x-division, or just cut it out like WWE did.
Lol @ the Paparazzi promos. But, I wish they would go back to JB going in everyone's locker room and bothering them :p
Definitely agree about Wolfe's status. He's much better than the WWE's "breakout" stars. Sheamus and McIntyre. Don't care for them much.
EDIT: I looked around a bit. It appears he might actually be injured. That sucks. Get well Pope!

Atleast McIntyre can wrestle I suppose. Sheamus looks weird, is not great on the mic, is too pale and is attrocious in the ring. He's only in the main event because he's Hunter's Pedigree chum :D
On the topic of WWE heels. Why are they always booked to be pussies? What about credible and fearless heels, along the lines of Raven and Sting?

Yeah McIntyre can do a helluva lot more in-ring than Sheamus. I love when Sheamus says Dobya Dobya E though. :D
Good point! Every WWE heel IS a pussy. Edge - the top heel: huge coward. Sheamus - pushing heel on RAW - Kicks people in the head off-guard, like a huge coward. Well, nowadays Raven is a coward, but I suppose in early TNA he was definitely more outward and brave. :ravenopt:
Is Sting really not a pussy right now? Attacking a man backstage before a match with a baseball bat is not very brave to me.... :p But, at least he didn't get someone else to do it.

Well now Raven isn't on TV :D But I agree the earlier days were his best as a heel in TNA.

Let's just say that if WWE booked that angle, he wouldn't come to the ring and bring the fight when called out. At the end of the day he is attacking people at times when they're aware of it.
