Urban Foxes. What to do?

Those of you who live in urban and sub urban areas may get rudely awaken by foxes howling and rumaging through bin bags and jumping on fences. The question is what would you do about it?


I would legalize fox hunting in these areas. Hence the population would collapse, the country people who like to hunt would be happy. WIN WIN.

about a year ago i was walking home , shit faced from my friends birthday party **i say party it was just a mash up at a local hall he rented out** so i was ''walking'' down my road and i heard footsteps behind me...in my drunken state i just assumed it was normal people and when i looked around...i didnt look down so i just thought i must of imagined it....so continued on working and i heard something hit a car....looked back and there was nothing there **when your drunk does anyone actually look down?**....so i carry on walking and i hear something going through some bins and more footsteps...now i got kind of freaked out... so i kept on looking behind to see if i could spot anything...while looking back a fox came in front of me and i tripped over it...and stacked to the floor and cut my hand open..... and the fox just stood there and when i got up...battered and bruised it kept on walking with me, i was so freaked out...either this was a reincarnation of a previous friend or family member or some fox has the hots for me lol.....so i kept on walking i get to my house about 2.30am and this fox was just standing outside my house until i went to bed lol and i could of swore i heard it jump over my wall and walk on my decking lol...........stalked by a fox...who would of thought it?

I have a soft spot for rabbits too:) . But foxes are by no means their only problem [and foxes kill to survive]. People kill rabbits for lots of reasons, and sadly a lot of times the only reason is for "fun",and also people develop land where they live, and use them in research, to name only a few things. Rabbits have a better chance with foxes, in my opinion.
